FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Germany is conducting high-level discussions to facilitate a possible merger of the nation’s two largest private banks - Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE) and Commerzbank (CBKG.DE) - Bloomberg reported on Wednesday.
