Diebold Nixdorf has expanded its managed services portfolio to include new mobility management services and enhancements to its security and compliance and "as-a-service" offerings.
The new offerings expand end-to-end lifecycle management for financial institutions and retailers, a company press release said. A new addition to the Diebold Nixdorf managed services portfolio, managed mobility services embrace the Internet of Things to support all in-store or in-branch mobility devices, including mobile self-scanners and peripherals, in a vendor-agnostic manner.
Diebold Nixdorf managed mobility services use real-time business analytics to enable proactive decision-making and actionable insights, the release said.
Additional enhancements to the company's managed services portfolio include global, standardized offerings that provide: ATM-as-a-service — Building on the company's existing self-service fleet management solutions, ATM-as-a-service is a flexible, subscription-based package that includes the end-to-end management, maintenance and implementation of software-driven technology to support ATM availability and security.
Data-driven insights — An enhanced state-of-the-art web portal connects all devices in a retailer's or FI's network. The platform offers dashboards on health indexes, security updates, inventory management and more to increase operational efficiency and security.Security and compliance services — an expanded portfolio addresses security threats with multiple layers of protection and real-time access to security information.
